
26 kids (including the birthday child) for the Mega Party or 16 kids (including the birthday child) for the Mini-Mega Party. Children UNDER 2 years and adults are free and are not included in the friend count.

You will be charged $8 per extra guest over the 26/16 allowed.

We have made every effort to make our party rooms bright and festive. Helium balloons are permitted, however we ask that nothing be hung or taped to the walls or ceiling or put on the floors. Confetti and silly string are not permitted into Air Zone, and may result in a $25 cleaning fee if these items are used.

You can bring in cake, cupcakes, cookie cakes. Also, ice cream and drinks in individual serving containers. We do not sell pizza but you may have pizzas delivered to Air Zone. We can assist you with the delivery time. No other outside food is permitted.

No alcohol is allowed inside the facility.

Guests and the birthday family should arrive no more than five minutes before the scheduled party time. We will receive all gifts for the birthday child from friends. Our staff will take all party supplies (cake, decorations, drinks, etc,) you have brought in and while your group is playing in the arenas, we will set everything up in the party room.

Socks are required. Pants and long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch or cut the inflatables.

Due to size/weight restrictions and wear on our inflatables, adults are allowed to assist their younger children on the inflatables and also to help ensure their children are following the safety rules. Parents must wear socks in the inflatables and need to remove belts, watches or other sharp objects.

When booking a party, a $50 deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you cancel 14 days prior to your party date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 14 days before your scheduled party, you can reuse your deposit for another date within the next 12 months.

Yes, our insurance company requires that all guests in our facility sign a liability waiver. All children under the age of 18 will be required to have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. During each open play session there will be a waiver form provided at the check in counter. If you are having a party or event, we will have a waiver form for your group the day of your event for everyone to sign. If you have an adult bringing someone else's child, you or that parent can download our waiver from our website by clicking the blue waiver bar below, fill the form out and send with the adult accompanying the child.
